SEO low hanging fruits calculation

Search business — Tags: — facesaerchteam @ 11:42 am

low hanging fruits index =

(search demand per keyword / per month (via via Google Adwords Keyword tool) * 0.001 - search referrals per keyword (via Google Analytics Keyword stats)

* (1+((1-Google Adwords Competition)*10))

so simple!!!!

A look at facesaerch.com using Google AdPlanner

Search business, Uncategorized — Tags: — facesaerchteam @ 4:17 pm

Google AdPlanner is a great tool from Google’s DoubleClick acquisition. A look at the facesaerch.com United States metrics (where most of my users come from, with Japan as a close second).

stats 1

26 K Unique Visitors per month. Yeah, that’s about it -currently - quite accurate.

stats 2

About 70% male. Well, I’m OK with it. Pretty much, I don’t care.

Age 35 plus with some college and most users with more than 75.000 $. Cool.

stats 3

facesaerch update to reflection.js 2.0

tec — Tags: — facesaerchteam @ 1:22 pm

facesaerch is now using http://cow.neondragon.net/index.php/reflectionjs-20 for better google chrome support. saddly no windows installation around for native testing, so i will try crossover chromium.

Update: Crossover Chromium and facesaerch.com work so/so together. Still the annoying “short white background” effect for the reflections. Crossover Chromoium is fun, but looses the whole “fastest browser around aspect.”

plus: found a great flickr flow

A new beginning

Uncategorized — facesaerchteam @ 3:57 pm

Well, first day, first challenges. And i love it. Since today I’m SEO Manager the i5invest start-up factory. Working on the products tripwolf, a great travel guide 2.0, email charity, basically a way to donate without money and maybe some 123people, the well known people search engine, and - we will see - some projects to come.

And so far, it feels …cuddly, cuddly and challenging.
